Don't overlap more than you have to. If you both like doing some of the same tasks - take turns and let the other person "do their thing" without too much help from the other - unless that was all agreed to at the beginning. And - when one asks for help/ suggestions/ etc. - don't take it personally when they completely ignore what's offered and do something else entirely. It happens. Good luck.
